> Go to ur phone settings and create a new APN as follow:
APN-etisalat
Proxy- leave it empty
Port- leave it empty
> Now open ur psiphon and set it as follow:
>>Tick remove proxy
>>under proxy type you will see NO PROXY tap and change it to REAL HOST
>>under proxy server input- skype.com
>>now scroll down, under REAL PROXY TYPE you will see DEFAULT change it to INJECT
>>under REAL PROXY SERVER input this- 185.100.188.16
>>under REAL PROXY PORT input this- 8080
>>save then go to MORE OPTION open it
>>once more option is open, click on CONNECT THROUGH AN HTTP PROXY then you also click on USE SYSTEM NETWORK SETTINGS..
>> after all that give it less than a minute and see how it connects... Without any speed throttling...
